Back to Knight’s Eye

Beta terms

Effective 10 September 2026. These terms apply to the Knight’s Eye beta. Contact: contact@knightseye.net.

Experimental service

Knight’s Eye is an experimental chess-analysis service. Features, limits and availability may change, and the service may contain errors or be interrupted. AI responses and engine analysis can be wrong; verify important decisions independently.

Your use

Use the service lawfully and do not disrupt it, bypass limits, probe other accounts or links, upload unlawful material, or infringe another person’s rights. You are responsible for content you submit and for credentials connected to your account.

Free messages and connected providers

Eligible accounts with no saved AI connection currently receive three free AI messages per calendar week, resetting Monday at 00:00 UTC. You may instead connect a supported OpenRouter or OpenAI API credential. Charges and provider terms for your own account are between you and that provider. We do not automatically switch a request to another paid account.

Sharing

Anyone with an analysis link can view that read-only analysis. If you enable “Include AI chat,” the link also exposes existing chat and messages added later. You are responsible for deciding who receives a link and what you include in shared content.

Availability and responsibility

The beta is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the beta. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Changes and ending access

We may change or discontinue the beta, or restrict access where needed for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance. Material term changes will be presented through the service before they apply where required. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
